What we collect, and why

Enquiry form. When you submit our technical assessment form we collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and the project details you type. Purpose: responding to your enquiry. Consent is taken on the form itself; the details are delivered by email to our sales inbox and are not added to any marketing list or database.

Analytics cookies. With your prior consent — and only then — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). If you decline, no analytics scripts or cookies load at all. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer; withdrawing is as easy as consenting.

Who processes it on our behalf

Netlify, Inc. hosts this website; Resend, Inc. relays enquiry emails to our inbox; Google LLC provides analytics (only after consent). These processors operate infrastructure outside India, including in the United States; we transfer personal data to them only for the purposes above and subject to their contractual data protection commitments.

Retention and security

Enquiry emails are retained in our sales mailbox while your enquiry or business relationship is live, and erased when no longer needed unless law requires retention. The site is served over HTTPS, we store no personal data in any site database, and we apply reasonable security safeguards as required by section 8(5) of the DPDP Act. If a personal data breach occurs, we will intimate the Data Protection Board of India and each affected individual as the Act and its rules require.

Your rights

Under sections 11–14 of the DPDP Act you may: request a summary of the personal data we process about you and how; request correction, completion, updating or erasure; nominate another individual to exercise your rights if you are unable to; and withdraw any consent at any time (form-based processing stops, and analytics consent is withdrawable from the footer link). Questions and grievances

The contact for any question about the processing of your personal data is sales@mistelix.com. We acknowledge grievances promptly and aim to resolve them within the period prescribed under the DPDP Rules. If you are not satisfied after exhausting this mechanism, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process children’s personal data, and we do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.

Changes

We will update this policy when our processing or the law changes, and revise the date at the top when we do.
