System Architecture: Pumps, Valves, Nozzles
A high-pressure water mist system is only as good as its weakest component. Every part of the flow path — from tank to nozzle — is selected and tested to hold 100–140 bar continuously under fire conditions.

HP pump unit
The pump unit generates and holds system pressure across the full discharge duration, with duty/standby redundancy sized to the largest protected zone.

Section valves
Section valves isolate the system into independently activated zones, so only the zone containing the fire discharges — critical in long tunnel runs where flooding an entire bore wastes water and time.

Nozzles
Stainless nozzles atomise water at the design K-factor for each application, producing the droplet spectrum the application requires.

Distribution tubing
SS316 stainless steel tubing carries water from valve manifold to nozzle at small bore diameters (DN12–DN38), keeping the distribution network light and retrofit-friendly compared to large sprinkler mains.
Integration
Detection & control
Systems integrate with flame, heat and linear heat detection to trigger the correct zone automatically, with manual release and full status reporting to the site fire panel.
Quality
Commissioning & hydrostatic testing
Every pump skid is hydrostatically tested to 1.5× working pressure before it ships, and every installed system is commissioned against its design zone map before handover.
